Simple, staged payments
£250 + VAT (£300) deposit on instruction. Pre-Build Package: balance on completion of design consultation. Premium and Premium Plus Packages: a stage payment on completion of design consultation, with the balance on issue of your technical drawings and structural calculations prepared by an independent qualified structural engineer. The Pre-Build Package takes your project from initial concept to build-ready. We carry out a professional on-site measured survey, produce your planning drawings, submit your planning application, then deliver building regulation drawings with structural calculations prepared by an independent qualified structural engineer.
Building regulation drawings are included; Building Control fees are not. We can prepare and serve your Building Notice for £450 + VAT (council fee excluded), or your builder can handle it.
Premium includes everything in Pre-Build, plus a detailed schedule of works, professional contractor vetting, two contractor cost proposals and a client-focused building contract with payments in arrears. It closes those gaps before work starts.
Hampshire Build's involvement concludes when your building contract is issued for signature.
For clients who want every pre-construction step handled
The Premium Plus Package includes everything in the Premium Package, then takes care of the last steps before your build starts. We prepare a staged programme of works that maps the build stages to your contractor's stage payments, so you know what to pay and when. We also prepare and serve your Building Notice and one Party Wall notice to your adjoining owner.
Bought separately, the programme, Building Notice and Party Wall notice are £1,450 + VAT. In Premium Plus they are included for £1,000 + VAT more than Premium. Our involvement ends when your building contract is issued for signature, before work starts on site. Council fees are paid separately.
Scope add-ons: Two-storey extension (additional storey) £750; loft conversion combined with an extension £950; internal reconfiguration £750. A standalone loft conversion is the package fee only.
