The uplift from Premium to Premium Plus is £3,000 + VAT. For that, you get full build-phase support — a staged programme of works so you know exactly what to pay and when, a site set-up meeting with your contractor, on-site superstructure inspections each followed by a professional written report, and a final sign-off meeting on completion. On-site inspections are worth £950 + VAT per visit if charged separately.
On top of that, every structural revision is included — no cap, no charge — for the entire build. On any other package, each revision costs £450 + VAT. And you have continual remote support throughout, whenever a question comes up mid-build.
