But there's a group of clients who want something more. They want to know that someone who understands the drawings is physically on their site at the moments that matter most. They want to pick up the phone mid-build and speak to someone who knows their project. They want the reassurance that if something needs revising structurally — which, as we'll explain, is more common than people think — it's already covered.

What Premium Plus Package Adds — And Why It Matters

The uplift from Premium to Premium Plus is £2,000 + VAT. For that, you get a Hampshire Build representative physically on your site at the two stages that can never be undone — your two on-site superstructure visits, each with a written report formatted for mortgage lenders and insurers, are worth £950 + VAT apiece (£1,900 + VAT) on their own.
On top of that, every structural revision is included — no cap, no charge — for the entire build. On any other package, each revision costs £450 + VAT. And you have continual remote support throughout, whenever a question comes up mid-build.
