A useful plan, issued before work begins
Know what the programme is for — and where our work ends.
We prepare an indicative programme setting out the principal build stages and a recommended stage-payment structure aligned to those stages. It is issued before works start for your guidance.
The programme is not project management, contract administration or certification of contractor works. We do not monitor, update or enforce it during construction. Responsibility for payments to your contractor rests with you under your building contract.
Our involvement ends when your building contract is issued to you and your contractor for signature, before work starts on site. No package includes attendance at the property after the measured survey.
