The Premium Package closes those gaps before work starts. Your schedule of works, proposals and client-focused building contract set out the scope and terms in writing before a contractor begins.
Hampshire Build's involvement concludes when your building contract is issued to you and your contractor for signature, whether or not it is later signed. Our packages do not include attendance at the property after the measured survey or construction-phase services.
Structural calculations are prepared by an independent qualified structural engineer.
