Planning Drawings & Application
We begin with a full on-site measured survey. From there, our design team produces planning drawings to a standard that addresses the relevant planning requirements, with the project programme confirmed before instruction.
The planning application is prepared and submitted on your behalf as your agent. The local planning authority determines the application; any additional information or work requested after submission is subject to the agreed package scope.
Building Regulations Drawings
Planning permission authorises what can be built. Building regulations govern how it must be built — structural integrity, thermal performance, fire safety, drainage, and more.
