Architectural designs for a fixed fee from £1350 + VAT
At Hampshire Build, we offer a fixed price architectural design service for your peace of mind. This includes a measured survey with a Hampshire Build representative, the production of design drawings following your design consultation, and any necessary planning applications. We also provide the production of technical drawings for building control and structural calculations by a qualified engineer.
A comprehensive approach from design to build
Once you’ve received your architectural pre-build pack, Hampshire Build goes further in offering project support from design to build. We facilitate the appointment of an approved inspector or building control for your peace of mind. Our services include finding and vetting local contractors, ensuring you have reliable professionals for your project. We can also draft contracts between the parties, providing a clear framework for collaboration and understanding. Additionally, we create a project plan, allowing all parties to stay informed about the project’s progress at any given time. We offer cost feasibility reports and ensure that necessary third parties, such as party wall surveyors, are appointed, setting the stage for a successful project.
